View billable counts under Settings > Team Analytics in the Billable Resources section. Service providers also see per-client columns on the Clients page. Mark licenses as billable on each identity integration’s Licenses list.
Billable users
A person counts once, even when they hold several billable licenses or appear in more than one identity integration. Wirespeed uses canonical identity clustering so the same person is not double-counted. Operators choose which licenses count: toggle Billable on the integration Licenses list. The SKUs below start as billable. These are initial defaults. Operators can change supported license selections with the Billable toggle. A user appears under the Users table’s Billable filter only when Wirespeed has a per-user assignment to a license currently marked Billable, and the identity is managed, enabled, and not in an enabled NHI group. Google Workspace connections that have granted license-management access use per-user license assignments. Connections without assignment data count managed, enabled directory users, excluding NHI and External identities.Microsoft
