We support Email integrations to communicate with your security team and end users. The emails come from our infrastructure and require no additional work to get set up. When creating the integration you will be asked to provide an email, this email is used for critical security escalations or those where no specific end user is identified. To get started, add a new integration and select Email.
Want emails to come from your own domain? Use the Custom SMTP integration instead. When Custom SMTP is installed, it automatically replaces this integration for all ChatOps communications.
