Separating MSP/MSSP clients
NinjaOne issues a single API credential per instance that can see every organization, so it does not provide per-client API keys. To keep each of your clients isolated in Wirespeed, scope each integration to that client’s NinjaOne organization(s):- Create one Wirespeed client team per NinjaOne organization (or group of organizations)
- Add the NinjaOne integration on each client team, reusing the same Instance Domain, Client ID, and Client Secret
- Select that client’s organizations during setup
