Set up

  1. Follow the shared Log Forwarders guide to add Check Point Firewall and open Forwarder Details
  2. Configure remote syslog in Gaia using either method below, with the IP and listener port from Forwarder Details
    1. GUI: In Gaia Portal, go to System Management > System Logging > Remote System Logging, click Add, set the Wirespeed IP and severity, and click OK
    2. CLI: In Gaia Clish, run add syslog log-remote-address <WIRESPEED_IP> level <SEVERITY> and save config
  3. Events will begin showing up shortly
