Integrate Wirespeed with Acronis

Use a partner API client from the Acronis portal. CyberApp / Vendor Portal registration is not required for this integration.
  1. Log in to the Acronis portal (including Circle white-label portals)
  2. Click Manage Account
  3. Open Settings
  4. Click API clients
  5. Create an API client and copy the Client ID, Client secret, and data center URL (the secret is shown only once)
  6. Log into Wirespeed and navigate to Integrations > Add Integration
  7. Select Acronis and enter:
    • Datacenter URL (for example https://us-cloud.acronis.com)
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
  8. Click Integrate
Wirespeed polls Acronis Alert Manager (GET /api/alert_manager/v1/alerts) and maps alerts into detections. This includes email-security alerts such as BEC, phishing, malicious, and spam, as well as other Alert Manager types (for example backup and protection alerts). Wirespeed also syncs registered agents from Agent Manager (GET /api/agent_manager/v2/agents) as endpoints.
On first sync, Wirespeed backfills alerts from the last 7 days.
Use API client credentials created under Manage Account → Settings → API clients, with the datacenter URL from that dialog. Do not use CyberApp /bc/idp/token credentials for this integration.
